Second year students and going out
I've just finished freshers year and was wondering why such a small amount of second years go for nights out throughout the year?

Is it because of work load? Surely there cant be that much more than in first year?
Is it just because living in a house, you have more luxuries so nights in are better than nights out?

    I was just curious, Thanks!!

Depends on your subject but most people I know found workload in second year to be MUCH more than first year (I'd say the jump from 1st to 2nd year is much bigger than that from a levels to 1st year)
Also people do still go out a lot, they just go out in town and not on campus. Campus is a mission from oldfield (where most people live) so its much easier to go out in town (and the nights out are much better than the campus ones), saying that a lot of people still go to Score.

I went out maybe 2 or 3 nights a week in second year. We would only go out on campus every week or two though, getting the bus home is a bit of a ballache.
