id ring the university and ask what theyre playing at, unfortunatly though theyre also under no obligation to actually do anything :/ good luck though!

Not true - if an applicant meets the conditions, the university are obliged to honour the offer.

OP: Phone them and (politely) ask what they think they're doing. If they stick to it, phone UCAS and tell them that you have met the offer (note: make sure you have met it :wink:

) but the university is refusing to give you the place.

So they offered me a place, I put it as my firm and even though I have more than enough UCAS points they are telling me the course is full!

Any help on the issue would be much appreciated!
