Using mixed grip still trains your grip, it's really not important at all if one hand has a stronger grip than another as that is how most people are anyway, regardless of whether or not they lift. whatever, but when you are using straps to row because your forearms are weak as ****, ull know why.
also most people use the same hand under and same hand over, which creates muscle imbalances. -

use double overhand until it begins to fail. Then get some chalk. When that fails, switch to hook grip. When that fails, alternate/mixed grip. I'm of the opinion mixed grip should be avoided for as long as possible.

Wow. Just phucking wow. Haven't had a bad bench in ages. I can't think of anything that I could blame it on. I had more carbs this day than the other bench days...what the....huh...feel like ****..........deload to 55kg adding 2kg from there. Never been able to add 2kg a week where I have made bench PRs. Your suggestion?
Edit: By the way my 5 rep max is 59kg. Calculator says 1rm is 69kg(I doubt this-I believe it is like 64kg). Should I be using 80% of my 1rm (55kg)? This could be the reason why I suck progressing! I started and working too high!

You are going too heavy on the bench, your reset should be about 6 sessions, 2 sessions is barely a reset at all.
