I'll be starting A2 Literature next week and I'm confused. Really confused.

I know we're doing The Great Gatsby and Blake poetry and I've looked over past papers and stuff. However, I don't understand which bit is the coursework and which bit is the exam? A head start is really needed for Lit because I have a feeling a screwed up some of my AS exam so my A2 has to be THE BEST it can be. I'm not being lazy or cutting corners on this one.

I'm also aware that I'll need a poetry book to compare with Blake and 2/3? more novels for the exam. Like I said, we haven't even started yet and I only know we're doing these books because I asked in advance,
