Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone could give me a decent intermediate gym workout routine please? Being inspired by jacky__jacky's video, i really want to get back in the gym and come back to uni after the summer, completely different. I am aiming for a ripped and toned look. Right now, i just look average with a little bit of muscle. I am already aware that i will need to limit the carbs i take etc.

Does anyone know any workout or what i should do in the gym in order to achieve the bodies shown above?
