    Do my bulking diet calculations looks accurate?
    hey guys

    got some details below on my macros etc im trying to calculate for my upcoming bulk in July, couple of thing. I will probably be closer to 140 pounds when i bulk so will need to amend the 145 they are based off currently, Also i may have estimated my body fat to highly bracket wise when calculating BMR but I will look into that. need some feedback on the rest please!

    Macros:

    Protein in 145g (Same as body Weight) (580 cals from protein)

    Carbs 290g (Double body Weight) (1160 cals from carbs)

    Fats 58g (0.4 of body Weight) (522g cals from fat)

    Total Calories from macros = 2262 calories minimum

    Calories = maintenance + 250-500 (increase until 0.5 pound gain a week)

    Gain 0.5 pounds per week

    80% good nutritional foods

    20% whatever else

    Maintenance

    Weight 66kg x 24 = 1584

    BMR 1504

    x 1.55 = 2332 Calorie Maintenance

    Total calories for bulk = 2830 (Including the Plus 500) 568 cals remaining after macros are hit

    Looks reasonable but no do it at home maths will ever be spot on for sure. Start with that, after a few weeks see what it does and then you'll know for sure.
