    They would do.

"By all means show me the evidence that a single 1000mg dose of paracetamol taken on an infrequent basis is in any way harmful to either the long or short term health of an otherwise perfectly healthy adult and I will be happy to admit my mistake??"

I don't see anything about a comparison or a comparison with honey. You've changed the playing field to suit yourself. I proved that there are real risks and you ignored them.
If you want to be pedantic (this is utterly pointless but I'll play along anyway) then I would contest that an
    otherwise perfectly healthy adult
would not be allergic to paracetamol/acetaminophen. Suffering from an allergy = less than perfectly healthy. No?

Not at all. Someone could be perfectly healthy but suffer from an allergy. An allergy doesn't reflect overall health.

What is perfectly healthy? You're creating a totally unrealistic standard. How do you know that this person isn't allergic to paracetamol? We don't live in some fantasy world, as you're trying to suggest, where people aren't allergic to things.

Mix honey and the juice of a ginger. It tastes horrid but take a few big gulps and finish it (make sure it's a hot cuppa). Rest for the night and wake up feeling amazing!!

Not unrealistic at all, there are almost certainly people with no medical complaints whatsoever.

At the end of the day, provided that it is taken correctly paracetamol is no more dangerous than many substances e.g honey that we take on a daily basis and the risk of allergy is negligible and as I said that we were referring to a perfectly healthy individual (in other words it does not count if the drug only exacerbates or triggers a pre-existing condition, in this case hypersensitivity as said individual would have been less than perfectly healthy to start with) you cannot prove that paracetamol when taken correctly and infrequently is harmful to health and therefore I rest my case - I'm certainly not prepared to carry this ridiculous argument on any further anyway, NICE and the FDA are both on my side, that should be enough for you.
    .
The idea that we should avoid all medication for fear of allergy is fantastical.
