So yeah, I've heard somewhere that if someone makes eye contact with you without blinking for 6 seconds straight, they either desire sex or murder. Do you think this is true?

This is untrue.
Whenever I talk to someone I almost always give them eye contact, All it means is that I'm engaged to the conversation and it's polite (although I do find it awkward)
