A level Law - 11marker on appeals.
Hi guys.
I know it's not really meant to be a hard question or anything, but I can't wrap my head around what I'm meant to write for the appeal routes questions.
The question is out of 11, and I realistically want about 8 on it.
I've got my little paragraphs written on the mag court, case stated, appealing against conviction/sentence, the high court, court of appeal, point of law, house of lords and unsafe convictions and the ccr, but I just don't know how to structure it.
Any help please? I'm desperate. -
