beating around the bush slightly? xD first off, as humans we categorise mentally to be able to understand, happens with everything, and gender is no different, categorisation and differentiation of genders is acceptable, what causes a flaw is where at an early age genders are defined and then traits are assigned to us to follow that supposedly co inside with this categorisation. Our society is flawed in this sense that we are so readily told the difference, even with flippant phrases such as 'typical boy' these add traits and behaviours that have no place to be identified with that category of gender, but instead should be identified elsewhere. So to conclude, finding a difference and identifying it, a man is a man and a woman is a woman, is acceptable, but any following through of traits, such as a woman is weak, should be in the kitchen, a man should be macho and all that clap-trap should not have a place. You remove overt gender assignment from a young age and it'll stop full, but until then, men and women will have to try and repress it

Come on man, you know the motto, sloots gonna sloots . That axiom provides a logical basis for male chauvinism right there. Not factoring in the problems associated with female logic. Which again provide more basis for the stance.

The other one was some guy's ex who told him she was pregnant. He was like okay, great let's go to the clinic. He then goes to the clinic with her. Rather than her actually going into the exam room (she wanted to go in alone), she just waited on the stairs. He found her there and left her.

Re: Does male chauvinism have a place in society?
    I need it at least.

All throughout my short life I have been loved by women pretty much. Been surrounded by them from the time I was born (6 kids, I'm the only male; youngest also), so I'm more than comfortable around them; even foolishly dated some friends of my older sisters in the past.

Also doesn't work with the girls all the time, but I've also always been good looking, tall, capable and good enough with words that I can easily play the whole aloof character who can't help but have the occasional animalistic craving for animalistic things also; so more than fine on that respect - remember times in the past, where I was foolish enough to not keep my charisma under control that I pretty much caused fights over me in fact; normally verbal, but a couple physical.

And all that's been great, definitely has, but it's also very bothersome. I've always been the youngest and my father pretty much disappeared when I was younger, so it's always been me on my own pretty much.

So now that I've escaped from it all, I sort of want to just be on my own for a while and focus on my own stuff. But unfortunately, I still attract women so I need to act like a real bastard to keep them away; and I do occasionally hide under the banner of a male chauvinist to do so.

Oh look, another absent-minded christian-turned-atheist who tries to lecture me on their newfound faith in science. Please don't - just save yourself the inevitable embarrasment and stop.

True, it may not be explicitly stated in the Bible, but why then are women mentally, spiritually and physically inferior to men if God did not intend it to be that way?
Women live longer. Not that inferior then

Some people are rightfully above others in society, as the Lord intended it to be. Women are an example of this rule. The modern false ideology referred to as "feminism" is not only a breach of this rule but a direct insult to Christians everywhere. You ask why some should be subordinate, I answer with the undeniable word of God.
Can we leave your imaginary friend out of this?
