What happens with an Unconditional offer?
If you have an unconditional offer, do you need to be present in the country on results day?
Im a bit confused as I'll be on holiday in august. Are there any formalities I need to submit during results day? And roughly when are "enrolment" days? mid september?

If you have an unconditional offer, then results day presumably won't matter to you. What you will need to do at some time is to provide proof of your exam results to the university, and as you must have them already, contact the university and ask in what form they want it and whether you can submit it now, because you'll be away.
