hey everyone, just to let you know, we have an eight man house in whitson place located on cowley road. The house is 15 minutes from uni (gipsy lane campus)
there was 8 of us lads, and then someone dropped out so we have a cheap-to-rent room available, in a house with 7 quality lads, well show you the way, we go out and have a laugh, but are respectfull and know when to study!

the rent is £92 week (exc bills) - very good rate for oxford
bills are worked out to be £10 a week - making the whole rent £102 a week!

we're all second years, and came straight from college, meaning were all 19/20
