    Ah same, wore mine for nearly 2 years before I stopped completely, which is why my teeth have only moved very slightly. No one else notices it, but of course, I do

    I don't think they will move back I'm afraid as their purpose is to keep your teeth where they are, not move them around (hence the name: retainer). But if they've only moved a bit, if you start wearing your retainer regularly it should stop any further movement.

    Well my retainers still fit, they're tight but I managed to wear them all night last night! I'll probably start wearing them every night again until they're not tight anymore

    Hey I don't wear my retainers much (got braces of end of last year) simply because I spit them out in the middle of the night and wake up to find them on my duvet cover. However, I can still wear them but they're rather tight..Is that okay or will they just get worse and more out of place the longer I leave it (tbh they look fine to me)
