Has anyone lived at Scape Housing?

I am a postgrad student for Fall'12 and am interested in securing a flat at Scape Living, just down Mile End Road from QMUL.
I was wondering if anyone on here has living, will live, or knows someone who lived there before.
Is this location worth the expense and not living in campus halls?
Thank you!
Scape Living is due open this september.

Oh ok, I see. So it is pretty nearby.
However, each one does have its' own kitchenette and en suite bathroom.
Do you think it's worth it to have space like that?
Or are the grad dorms pretty cool?
when will the government realise that if the students cant get into accommodation then we
might as well think of Europe as their universities guarantee accommodation at a reasonable
cost plus its a big difference on the costs for the year less than 9,000.00 per year

QMUL please get some buildings as I can trust that the value and experiences under your control
Unite is so badly run.
