    A Level Guidance!
Hi Guys. Like any other ordinary teenager im in a spot of bother.
It all started with my desire to want to do a science degree, preferably bio related.

However for yr 12 this year I had chosen Biology, Psychology, Sociology, and History.

Almost all bio or science degree requires chemistry at AS. Dont ask why I never took chemistry because it took me a lot of hassle just to pick up biology and chem would've pushed the limit so far.
For GCSE I got an A for chem.

So basically now idk what to do because ill only go to uni for a science degree.

I could drop one AS for yr 13 and take on 3 A2 and one AS chem. now A2 I hear all day every day that it is twice as hard and a pain in the a$$ ,lol. So idk if I can really cope with that amount of pressure, esp if the A2 exams are the most important of exams in yr 13!

pretty confused. any advice on what I should do, I live in West Midlands btw.

    Thanks in advance!

Queens, Belfast has a degree in Biological Sciences that states it would only be helpful to have Chemistry past GCSE level, but it is not a requirement.

I would certainly drop 1 A2 and 'pick-up' AS Chemistry - its quite common in my Sixth Form.

my sixth forms being a pain, not letting me pick a brand new AS on top of my 3 A2's, FML. Im hoping to go to uni of leicester.
Idk why they're so sore about me doing Chem, I have no other idea on what to do,
should i just forget it and do something like neuro psychology? I'm pretty good at psych and has elements of biology in it, wonder what kinda job that'll get me :|
