B in AS however.. medicine is very competitive.. you should be aiming for A's

A's. i don't think there are any medical schools that have offer's below AAA this year unless there's a special reason that couldn't be achieved.

A 'B' is probably the minimum any uni would expect for a medicine course, most require all A's or 2 A's and a B.

Biology would look better to A2 as it is relevant to medicine, as is Chemistry. You shouldn't predict these results, as more effort could see you coming out with an A in Biology at A2.

Some medicine courses require AAC, but they last for 6 years, opposed to the traditional 5

    B

Having a 4th A Level puts you at little advantage so I would advise you to drop that subject with the B at AS Level. My friend got AAAB at AS Level, B at Maths (which he dropped) and got an offer from Liverpool and Leicester.

It would make your life so much easier. I think they kind of expect you to study a combination of Biology and Chemistry. Though all of them emphasise Chemistry, I'm sure they would want you to do Biology as well. A2 Biology is a lot more in depth than AS
