Who can perform a marriage blessing?

    Who can perform a marriage blessing?
    I know a blessing is not legally binding, but what is normally required frm someone who performs the ceremony? Can they be a minister of any church?

    In all seriousness, I think a minister of any church can do it. Can't see why not :confused:
