Re: GCSE Geography WJEC Wedensday 14th June 2012
i need to know the answer to that aswell lol but im pretty sure the case studies are the most important u should also have basic knowledge about everything else such as how meanders form etc this will help during the exam but yh my teacher said that most of the exam will be questions asking u to describe locations giving u a map so all u have to say is like its hot and dry or cold and wet depending on the map if it was a country on the equator for example then most likely hot things like that hope i helped.
the case studies are the most important because they have the most marks -
Re: GCSE Geography WJEC Wedensday 14th June 2012
Nah it's only 2 case studies, you get a choice of four. In this paper only 2 of the 3 topics we've learnt will come up and as you said, the majority of the paper is simply describing and interpreting given data. You should learn definitions for all of the key terms (e.g. Brownfield site, drought, urbanisation...)
Just out of curiosity, what case studies have people learnt? -

Re: GCSE Geography WJEC Wedensday 14th June 2012Completely failed. 26/50 which is a D. The grade boundaries were a little strange because I only needed 10 more marks for an A.(Original post by games211)
