SAAS is so confusing, again. help?
Trying to fill in my SAAS application, and there are three things that really confuse me. Help is much appreciated

1. On page 7/13 I have to state the university I'll be attending. I'm an IB student and I'll get to know my exam results in July, and only then will I be sure which university I'll attend. However, I have firmly accepted a conditional offer from Edinburgh. I have an insurance place as well. I suppose I need to state that the university I'll be attending is Edinburgh, although I'm not 100% sure yet, right? Also, if I end up not meeting the requirements for Edinburgh and accept my insurance offer, how will I let SAAS know?
2. On page 10/13 it says that I as an under 25-year-old must have my parents fill in a form. Do I have to send it by post to them? Also on the same page the last question goes like this: "Do you plan to continue working full-time or part-time during your course?" This is after the questions dealing with migrant workers, which I am not. I am planning on working (although not "continue working" to be exact) during my studies at uni, probably something like weekends or evenings. Would that make my answer a yes or a no?
3. On page 12/13 they're asking for periods of employment. Does a two-week, municipally funded summer job from last year really count as employment?
Thank you very much indeed! I'd love to get this thing over and done with
