Hi, i've applied to sainsburys as a job role of an sales assistant. and went through a questionaire, and i have been asked to have an interview.. a telephone interview.. what sort of questions will they ask me? and what happens after the telephone interview?

They will most probably ask you questions like
Have you got any retail experience ?
What sets you apart from the next guy?
The hours you think you be expected to work.
