Mature Student SOS

Hi all, I am Stevie-Louise, I am a 28 year old mature student and I have just finished my first year of doing a HEFC with one year left at college. As well as doing my last module and toolbox, I have to also do a GCSE Maths resit to achieve the C grade that I need to get into uni to do Law. I was just wondering if any other mature students had to do this also and how they found it? Maths was never a strong subject of mine at school and I left with a D, I am hoping now that I am older, it will 'sink in' a bit better. Any comments, experiences or useful tips would gladly be appreciated

My professional advice...move to Equestria. They don't care about qualifications, just so long as you don't mind doing a hard days work. You could (if you really want to) attend their school and get your maths skills up a little, however that just takes the charm out of it.
