Asset Management - Are my up to date work experiences good enough?
    Disclaimer:
First of all I would like to say that I sincerely thought I was going to pursue a career at the Bar. Therefore, if my work experiences seem a bit law-ish that is the reason why.

My work experiences consist of three pre-internships/insight days at top investment banks, two barrister chamber work experiences, numerous law first year programmes, countless volunteer work, some politics work experience and my retail history.

I have secured two, 2 month internships in asset management firms (one this year and one for early next year) and another barristers chambers work experience. The latter I applied for last year.

I am eligible to apply for internships late this year to next year. I have good grades at A-level too.

Any advice? I am hoping to apply for the big firms.

    Many thanks.

    Might see you as unfocused.

True, hopefully my work experiences lined up will dissolve that argument. Other than that, do you think I stand a chance?

OP seems very career orientated and focused, almost to the point of being one dimensional.

LOL, you got all of this from my first post on TSR? I am not one dimensional at all.

You don't dispute the point about being career orientated and focused though?

Does everyone on TSR not answer the question being asked?
