2012 June Chemistry F325 Equilibria, Energetics and Elements. How did it go?
I thought this paper was a bit hard, I gotta say goodbye to my A* and Imperial College. T-T

What's your answers for the co2 question?
I wrote it will shift to LHS first because co2 react with H2O
But the I changed to RHS as it's in solution, there are excess water. OH- is a production and will react with the acid.

And also, the Pt question, what's the byproduct in your equation?
I got H2O and H2. Can't remember the coefficient, there were some big number though.

So how did you guys do? What did you find is hard?

i think it was a lot easier than jan 12.
i got the orders wrong though
btw do you think if i got the 2 step mechanism right but the orders wrong i'll still lose the marks for the mechanism because it doesn't follow on from the rate equation i did?

I think you will get one marks. There are great chance for two marks if you didn't label the order

    91.8%
If your answers was in the 60s it sounds like you forgot to inclue Na2 in the mass you multiplied in the no. moles by?
