    Best protein shaker?
Hi, I'm wondering is anyone can recommend a good protein shake bottle. I have a goprotein bottle and it is always leaking. My friend has a maximuscle one and his is even worse,

I would rather spend a bit more on a good shaker than buying a cheap one that leaves your gym bag soaked and sprays everyone when shaken.

If possible can you post a link to a website where I can be bought.

    Thanks

The USN Tornado shaker is my favourite one, I've had it for quite a while and it hasn't lost its shape. I got mine from GNC when there was a 2 for 1 offer.

EDIT: Looks like there is a 2 for 1 offer, but you need to be a GNC member.

I can't tell you which one to buy, but I can say don't bother with any lower than £5. I'm the same and I would rather pay a little more for a better one, but I have a whole load of cheap ones I stocked up on which I need to get through haha waste of money!

Don't think it really matters TOO much. I just use one I got when purchasing some Reflex whey and it works fine. If it leaks, then it's probably faulty. My friend uses a Maximuscle one and there's no problem.

Aren't they all pretty much manufactured at the same place and then just printed differently for each company?

I've always used free ones or cheap ones from myprotein and never had one leak?

Get a Blender Bottle (Classic version). Doesn't leak. Has a wire whisk ball which is great- you can use it to beat up eggs etc. too. Loads of supp companies 're-brand' them, MyProtein seem to do the cheapest at £1.99.

Another vote for the one sold by Myprotein (the small one at least). Never had a problem with it, though I didn't have it for long. Not sure where it disappeared to.

I use maximuscle, I've had it just below a year, and it does leak but the tiniest amount, thinking of getting a new one soon, probably from myprotien.

I had better luck with http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products...xmaster_shaker than I did with the MyProtein shaker Mr Fox linked to, which I found had a leaking problem after a while. No such complaints with the Buchsteiner.

Best protein shake = no protein shake. A healthy diet and lifestyle is all you need. If you're desperate to up the protein, eat an extra tin or two of sardines/mackerel or some chicken. Not only are they high in protein, but the fish listed are high in omega-3, one of the most beneficial of fatty acids which is important for a healthy balanced diet.

liquid nutrients are easier to take, and dont taste like ****. whey is more bio available, your breath doesnt smell, and u dont need a tin opener and a fork to have it.

    u mad i have 2 shakes a day?
