    job applications
Hi, has anyone ideas of whether you put Social Work Placements in employment history on job applications? as it is my only relevant employment history and I left my last job in 2010 to do my placement?

I've put mine on my CV and on my applications as relevant experience. I still keep my jobs prior to my course (mostly admin/reception stuff) on there too, so I can list any potentially transferable skills. If I remember rightly, I believe my employer asked me to account for any gaps in employment for the last 10 years and reasons for leaving jobs on my application. Most of mine were to do with studying - e.g. moving to/from home and uni, leaving work to do my MA full-time, completed placement days etc.
