    \displaystyle \frac8{ 3 \cos x + 3 \sin x } = \frac8{ \sqrt{18} \cos \left( x - \frac{\pi}4 \right) }

    It is undefined when the denominator equals zero.

    Hence \displaystyle \sqrt{18} \cos \left( x - \frac{\pi}4 \right) = 0 \implies \cos \left( x - \frac{\pi}4 \right) = 0

    So solve this equation.
