Re: SCLY4 - Crime and Deviance and Methods In Context exam 19th JuneAgreed. But social policy also likely to be the 33 marker(Original post by lizititley)
My teacher reckons either sociology as a science or postmodernism for the theory question, and maybe official statistics for the method -
Re: SCLY4 - Crime and Deviance and Methods In Context exam 19th June
Hiya, I know no one will be able to give me an exact answer as I don't know ny exact marks/ UMS points...
Basically, I HATE sociology, regret taking it blablabla...
I need a D in it overall in order to go to uni, in the first module, I got an A (20% of final grade), 2nd module C (30%), 3rd module E (20%, although I did resit this yesterday and hopefully got higher, but in the case that I somehow got an E again or worse) ...it is obvious how much my motivation has increasingly decreased
Can anybody somehow estimate what I need in this crime and deviance exam on Tuesday in order to get a D overall? Or is it impossible to tell without exact marks?
Thanks anyway

It depends what you've got overall so far and how many marks you've got in each exam. I got a low A in my first, a high B in my second then a low C in my third so if I don't do this exam I've got an overall D but I need to get a low C in this next one to get a B overall. You should ask your teacher they should be able to tell you because the grade boundaries can jump about 40 marks I think it is
