I've had a good day today, sooo:

    > Soya&linseed bread (like normal bread but a bit more seeds and graisn and stuff in, higehr in protein) as toast, with a small amount of peanut butter on

    > a fillet of cod with a salad & fat-free dressing

    > some dried mango as a snack

    > leftover risotto (fatty, but ok everything in moderation rememebr)

    > another piece of toast just to keep me going til bedtime

Plus I went for a brisk walk (usually go for a run, but I have a sore ankle so trying not to injure it), did some light weightlifting, housework etc.

Breakfast - Muesli, orange juice, multivitamin, fish oil tablet, 1tsp of flax, 1 tsp of manuka honey

Post Breakfast - Banana and Salad

Lunch - Pitta bread with organic homous and an avocado

Post Lunch - Apple and some nuts

    Dinner - Salmon and vegetables

Just Before Bed - Organic greek yoghurt with pumpkin seeds and goji berries, green tea & peppermint herbal

2 litres of water throughout the day

That's what I had yesterday and it leaves me feeling really good! Much better than a couple years ago when my main food source was doritos and ice cream.
