I go to a grammar school in Northern Ireland and I'm fairly confident I'll meet the minimum requirements to get back into the sixth form.

My query is, what would happen if I didn't meet the minimum requirements? Would it be too late for me to get into another school by the time I receive my results?

Note that places such as Belfast Metropolitan College are not an option, I don't want to go there. If anything I would go to the school down the road from me (it's just a public school for those that didn't bother with the 11+ transfer papers).

So would a school like this accept me at such a late stage or would I pretty much be ****ed?
