CPU and mobo are wrong socket, get a 1155 motherboard with a Z77 chipset. Also if you are only going to be gaming consider a i5 2500K/i5 3570K as games don't really benefit from hyperthreading.
Other than that the rest of the build looks fine, I'm sure others will tell you to get a better graphics card or something else though.

They are all compatible, but will you really be using all of the extra features on those motherboards like the multiple GPU systems, etc?
PSU seems fine, but it's better to get a slightly larger psu for headroom in terms of power for future expansion.
£150 is way too much for a 6870 thats hitting 560ti terrority. Which you can get for under £150 from Zotac, but theres also a xfx dual fan 6870 on sale for £118.
