too late to be entered for a retake in GCSE core science?

too late to be entered for a retake in GCSE core science?so , im retaking B1A next week friday, and i've decided from tuesday that i'd also want to retake 2 more core scince i failed which was B1B and C1A , because i want get a B overall as if i only retook B1A and got an A or a B it will level out to maximum a C, which is why i need to do 2 more ..
so i spoke to the head of science yesterday and they said that id have to speak to the examiner office , and there may be a fee. went looking for the examiner office ,couldnt find him . left a note regarding this for him with my contact number , and he hasnt even phoned me yet , im worried that hes just going to ignore my note , as i dont want a C ! i dont even mind paying , as long as if its below £100.i know its a bit weird that all of a sudden ive decided that i wnat to reatake 2 more which is my fault of course .
is it really too late to be entered for it ?
how much will it cost ?
how to convince an exam officer ?
should i phone him or talk to him in person ? ( i was looking for him for 1 hour)
please help guys

Go and see the exam officer. It is possible I think for you to be entered but it'll cost a lot as it's so late. It would be better to talk to him in person. -
