It is a 2 bedroom flat with large kitchen and all necessary appliances, bathroom, double glazing windows, basement store suitable for keeping stuff, bicycles, etc., garden store and a garden. 5min walk to city center. Monthly rent is £650, bills are not included. A friendly and reasonable landlord, always prepared to listen and negotiate, comes one time in a month and always informs about coming, so there would not be no discomfort.
