    Stem & Leaf Problem
    I made a stupid stupid stupid mistake on the maths paper on yesterday..... I done my stem and leaf diagram like this

    20 | 9

    etc etc

    But I done the key like this as well 20 | 9 = 29

    will i still get the marks? Or did i screw it up too badly.

    When I say 20 | 9 I mean for example 20 | 9 instead of 2 | 9 for the number 29

    Thanks,

    You're definitely going to lose at least 1 mark but I'd need to see the question/marks available to give my opinion on what you will get.

    E.g. say it was a 3 mark question with 2 marks for the diagram and 1 mark for the key then it's likely that you would get 1/2 for the diagram and no marks mark for the key since it is false. So that's 1/3 for the question.

    Are you sure thats even correct?

    S&L goes like this;
    Make a stem and leaf diagram of animals at a zoo up to 29
    0|9 = 9

    1| 9 = 19

    2| 9 = 29

    I don't think you'll get marked for that tbh, but then again, it's on 3 marks, how did you do on the rest of your maths paper?

    The key is usually only one mark, the other 2-3 will be filling in the table, so hopefully you got that !

    Hi, I don't think you will get the marks. Sorry . Normally its 2]5 means 25.
