Zara processing time?

    Zara processing time?
    I placed my first order with Zara on Monday and still haven't received an email to tell me it's been dispatched. I checked my online account today and it still says it's 'being processed', the website says that it should be delivered within 3-5 days, does this include the time it takes to process an order? I'm hoping someone has some experience with them, Thanks.

    I've ordered with them on several occasions and it varies between 3/4 days to have it delivered. The processing time is included though and usually 'being processed' means they're yet to despatch it.

    I've only ever ordered from Zara about 4/5 times, and honestly I've had problems with delivery on about 3 of the occasions.

    Thank you both of you, I've checked yesterday and it was still processing, I appreciate that it was a Saturday but I hoped it would have been sent by Friday at the latest so I've cancelled the order, even ASOS's free delivery takes less than a week to get to me. Think I'll stick to buying in store from now on!
