Smashed the punch bag for 5 or so rounds today and did some speed skipping, probably over 1000 reps so not bad. Dripping with sweat

Using MyFitnessPal to track calories now, absolutely love it, great tool.
Have staff training tonight so will be swimming a bit no doubt.
Two pages and 400 views, people actually read this ****?

    Squats
    barxlots
    50kgx5
    60kgx5

    92.5kgx5
    92.5kgx5
92.5kgx5 (the movement was pretty easy tbh, but my arms/wrists strain like hell. before I had more of a high bar squat, trying to do low bar now and I must have terrible shoulder/wrist flexibility as I just can't get the bar in postion without my wrists bending backwards excessively. any good exercises out there/tips, considering this has had 25 views since my last update someone must have something )

    Shoulder Press
    barx5
    30kgx5

    45kgx5
    45kgx5
    45kgx5 (grind)

    Deadlift
    45kgx5
    60kgx5

    100kgx5
    100kgx5
100kgx4 (just couldn't grip the last rep, pretty pathetic, need to work on grip...)

    Pendlay Rows

    60kgx5
    60kgx5
    60kgx5
    60kgx5
60kgx5 (will stick here for a while)

Will do pull ups after work as I find rows really limit how many I can do.

Thanks man, I'll try them today. I think stretching the pecs might help also, what do you think?

yep, hit them pec minors - I like the door corner stretch for these. ~
    This is a great video

I really like Elliot's stuff, I think he's underrated, although he doesn't quite have KStar/MobilityWOD's vocab, still knows his stuff reasonably well

this is also ok, the stretch demonstrated is great

Those stretches really helped today, will keep doing them along with shoulder dislocations. Don't think I have a big enough "shelf" for the bar to sit on though.

Just keep practising and you will soon build one up. I had problems with the bar on my back and weird shoulder pain when I first started squatting but I stretched and persevered and after a couple of weeks I'd forgotten it was ever an issue.

Just keep squatting? Or are there any exercises that would help, I'm thinking pull ups (which I already do) and upright rows maybe?

I actually try and do 3x5 at a weight, then 5x5, then up the weight and go back to 3x5 and so on. Do it for rows also and will probably start it for OHP. No specific reason, just feel like it.

Probably, obviously the further I progress the longer it will take.
