    Why 'should' he? What has he done that is so special?
    He is undoubtedly one of Britains greatest ambassadors the world over. His landmark perfomances have given joy to millions and his sheer knowledge has made him not only a national treasure but also the quintessential renaissance man.

    And fyi, i do not think Salman Rushdie deserved a knighthood. Now at least give it to someone, unlike Rushdie, who is not a complete *******.
