    Parents supporting an application
I'm a returning student for the 2012/13 year and just recently filled out my application for student finance for the coming year. On the parents' financial information section I clicked the box that said "Online - after I have completed the student finance application" for both of my parents. I then put in my parents' email address. However, I've completed my part of the application yet my parents have not been sent their log in details by SFE.

How long does it usually take, or am I going to have to call them up to sort it out?

If you applied for student loans last year, your parents use the same log-in information. If they've lost them, your parents have to ring up to request them.
