Men like you think you're doing some fantastic deed by jumping to the defence of women like this. Why do some men walk around with this kind of mentality? You do realise they won't sleep with you after?
There was a thread before where women agreed if a man gets hit, he can hit her back.
I asked the same question on a forum full of Americans because I was surprised at the response here, and everyone said it's almost never OK. I guess we're more idealistic. And nope, a man can't hit a woman back out of spite like a bloody great 6-year old child.
The only time it's acceptable for a man to hit a woman is when he has no other choice to prevent serious injury to himself or others. -

But I wonder, what does helping someone have to do with getting sex afterwards? I suppose it's limited to the universe of highly innovative, free thinkers such as yourself. But anyway, I agree that someone who is "man enough" (lol) to throw a punch, should expect one back. What I don't agree with is this "white knight" b*ll**** going around the internet where the basis is sex and how you're not even (omg!!) going to get it if you happen to help a woman. Oh, well done, you figured that out, did you? And all on your own? Yeah I suppose I didn't expect my female friend to shag me when I helped her with her school work, either

Yes, there are extreme examples like female wrestlers who may be stronger than me - but no woman I know is stronger than me. In the rare case that I did meet a woman who was stronger than me, I guess I would just have to not give her a reason to hit me.

Have you ever wondered why there would be 20 men trying to kick your head in? Your opinion is ridiculous. On another forum there's a guy arguing that cats are filthy creatures and if he catches them on his property he uses them to train his hunting dogs... a rather unpopular opinion, but one which seems completely natural and obvious to him.
You are the outlier here, and while you may have your opinions, if you actually hit a woman for no good reason (in the eyes of others) you will be ostracized or end up in hospital. -

If anything, a man would be expecting to be hit back, and a woman would not. Hitting a woman back would be far more psychologically damaging to her than to a guy.
Most of my arguments are just culturally-based and so, perhaps, hold no water. That doesn't mean I won't follow them. -

The exception would be if a woman was clearly not in control of rational thought and wasn't consciously making a choice of her own volition, like if she'd been on drugs or had a mental condition. Then I might feel a bit sorry for her but if you make a conscious choice to smack me, you're getting smacked. -
