If lips are really chapped I recommend glycerine trust me it works. Get it from a pharmacy. Apply with cotton wool/bud or finger.

I like Carmex but I find it can tingle, Boots do a lovely rose tinted one that I use quite regularly.

Blistex is great too, I like it in a little tub but you can get in tubes too - I usually find it in boots. Carmex is nice as well, but it is addictive. Vaseline comes in some nice flavours and that works quite well, particularly if you're after something less tingly.

You can't go wrong with vaseline, simple, cheap, no perfume or added ingredients and it works like no other!

    Nivea..
I find Nivea to be the worst, tastes nasty and your lips don't feel at all soothed once it's on!

The Say Yes to Carrots lip balm is amazing, I have the berry flavour and its the only lip balm that soothes my lips when they are mega cracked.

We'll have to agree to disagree

I tend to use Vaseline, although I do like Carmex in a tube. I don't like the little tubs for some reason
