I'm not too fussed to be honest, as long as I've got sheets to sleep on, a pillow for my head and my pots that don't burn - I'm easy.

Wilkos are fantastic, I'm not a student yet but have several years experience of skint living.
If you can find one near you Shaw's the drapers can be good for bedding and towels.
For kitchen stuff TK Maxx can also be worth a look.
