Well not really on that day. But he said few yrs ago, he used to like me! And he always has gf, so I assumed he doesn't like me no more.
In general, he don't text me or call me anything. We meet like once every one or two months. Few days ago we were mean to meet up but due to the weather we cancelled it. He suddenly said he will make it up to me and take me to a proper date. Its very strange he says that, as he never really said anything to me and we never went out as a date before.
So confused, but I actually do like him.

try talk more with him and get to know him and all that jazz keep the flirting up to see if he is interested or not -

If you really like him, tell him before he leaves and do something about it. I assume he'd come back for christmas & easter...so it wouldn't be THAT bad if you are prepared to wait for him
