Damn, how did you manage that. Was it the Achilles heel area?
No, it was the top of my leg, around my thigh/ass area  I was at a dance class and fell really awkwardly. Searing pain!

Nothing permanent or long term (such as bone breaking/digit removal), certainly not as painful as some of the other posts here.

Just serious cycling cramps. After a 40 mile hard ride (I live I the Lake District so it's all hills) I went full on at Hardknott pass, the steepest section of road in England.

My legs just locked solid, I fell over and screamed whilst trying to stretch it out so I could move out of the middle of the road.

I rarely cramp up, but when I do it's agonising.

I also passed out on the bike once at about 25mph, hit the deck hard, but woke up after the worst of the pain subsided - good timing...

Every time the bloody dentist is doing his awful job on me.
I`m really not that soft, but teeth are just getting at me.

I mean - like a 14 hour shift heavy work with my back crucially hurting all from the beginning... well, it ain`t nice, but I`d gladly take that over 15 mins with a dentist.

Trying to think of imaginative ways to get off a bench in year 8 (laziest PE teachers ever), people tried throwing me off and I ended up falling flat on my back on the wooden bench. I literally couldn't breathe for over a minute and had purple bruises all down it.

Aside from that, getting tetanus/local anaesthesia jabs were excruciating for some reason - the initial injury wasn't even that bad!

Burns from hair straighteners, and when you bash your head, hip, shoulder on the corner of something rigid. Tearing up just thinking about it

I assume it was the time I was two years old, walking down the stairs with a very long souvenir pencil in my mouth that someone had brought home from a holiday. The rubber on the end had come out, and I had been chewing the metal bit which would have held it, so it was now very sharp and awkwardly shaped. So I was walking down the stairs with this in my mouth, and out of habit, when I got to the second-last step, I decided to jump it. I didn't land on my feet the way I usually did, but instead tripped and fell forwards. I ended up stabbing this metal thing on the end of the pencil into the back of my throat, and it gouged out a piece of flesh. Started crying of course, and then my memory goes fuzzy here. The next thing I knew, I was outside in the front drive, and my uncle was putting me in the car to drive to the hospital. Don't remember what happened after that.

I don't really remember the pain now - though I don't think I've had any other experience which would have hurt quite as much. The next most painful experience I've had is probably something very mild in comparison to the rest of the examples on this thread - like eating a chilli for the first time or something.

Re: So whats the worst pain you have ever felt?
    I have a few, I can't really choose

    1. When I got a big, barbed fishing hook in my finger, obviously the barbs meant I couldn't pull it out so I had to go to the hospital and they had to push it in more to get it out the other side, hurt so much I was screaming xD

    2. That time I climbed to the top of a tree the size of a house, the branch snapped and I fell all the way down landing on my back, I didn't even break anything but my back was pretty torn up so I have some funny scars.

    3. That time I was at the skate park and a kid went in front of me on his stupid bike with stabilisers who shouldn't have been there and I had to quickly swerve and I smashed my face against the concrete knocking 3 teeth out and bursting my lip and grazing my face really badly.

    4. When I was doing a no hander on my bike down the hill, in complete control then UNEXPECTED POTHOLE, that was that really, I went flying over the handle bars on the middle of the road and my elbow with all my weight on it dragged across the ground about 3 meters. Im sure it was bleeding straight for a day. I was also alone so I had to come home with my bike sobbing. I'm just thankful there was no cars or I would have been dead

    5. Also when I was running and fell onto a piece of glass which sliced my knee up pretty badly

    6. Another good one was when I broke my wrist and my mum didn't believe it was broken and so I went for a week with a massively swollen wrist. I was playing football and slipped on the wet grass so i bent my wrist right back, my friends dad had to carry me home.

If nobody guessed, I was a raging tomboy

I broke my ankle and ****ed my knee ligaments when I was ski-ing in Austria I was off piste ski-ing down some really steep slope (trying to show off to this really hot Irish girl I had met) I went over the top of some rocks managed to land but the next bit of slope was sheer ice and I don't really remember what happened exactly but I just remember tumbiling for about 40ft down the slope before coming to a stop and then the pain started to hit me ****ing agony then I heard the Irish girl I was with scream and I looked down and my ankle was twisted round pointing in a direction it shouldn't be pointing in she ran off for help I was lying in the snow and started to lose conciousness from the pain I was drifting in and out and remember being lifted onto the back of a Snow Mobile and next thing I remember was waking up in the helicopter on the way to hospital and then when I woke up after that it was a few days later in hospital after I had an operation. My plan to impress the hot girl had failed in the most epic fashion lolololol but I did get her number and facebook haha.

My cousin suffers from a thing called Cluster Headaches though which are nicknamed "Suicide Headaches" and for good reason they are supposed to be one of the worst pains known to man and after seeing my cousin suffer attacks you can see the absoloute agony and fear in his eyes he is a tough lads lad so to speak yet it makes him brake down into tears every time he swears if he didn't have a daughter to look after he would have killed himself a long time ago and there is no known cure read more on Wikipedia.

I got shot in the side of the neck with a paintball.

I was at gymnastics and did a double somersault into a pit, so I was spinning fairly fast, but I didn't keep my knees apart and full on kneed myself in the nose - my first and only nosebleed and I couldn't speak properly for a week because my lip was so swollen! Ouch.
