    What religion am I?
I've always been a pretty firm atheist up until recently, but I'm just not sure any more. Various factors in my life have made me change my mind and I dunno I guess I just started feeling really spiritual...

But anyway...I don't think of God as a person or anything, but rather something that is a spiritual force or is a part of nature and is in all of us that keeps us alive. And I strongly disagree with the idea that any God would send us to heaven/hell and judge us for our actions...I just think 'God' manifests itself in nature and is detached from controlling the world, but that's it's our duty to care for the the world and everyone in it. I pray sometimes, but not really because I think someone can hear me, but because it makes me feel at one with the world or something like that...haha. I'm not sure if I think we have a soul...if we do I think it's in the sense that our spirit lives on in memory and when we decompose and become a part of nature. I don't believe Jesus died for our sins or anything or in the holy trinity or anything like that. I agree with many Christian values, but I wouldn't strictly follow the bible (or any other religious text). I don't think God created the world as such, bur rather that I dunno some sort of spiritual force (which I'll call God for lack of better word) was involved in the big bang or played some part in how everything developed, but I still think scientific advancement is a great thing and that science and religion don't necessarily have to work against each other. I am accepting of all sexualities/abortion/other religions etc. Regardless of whether you are religious or not I think the most important thing in life is taking care of others...

On the other hand, I am still really sceptical and can't help but feeling I'm being stupid for even considering there's 'something out there'...I dunno maybe I've just developed a fear of the unknown or something that I'll figure out in my own time

So yeah, what religion is this/or I am just spiritually confused?

Sounds similar to pantheism though pantheism isn't usually considered a religion (but it has influenced them). Pantheists believe that nature and 'God' are the same thing, e.g. in the manner expressed by Hawking's "Does God play dice?" analogy, questioning the randomness in nature. There are both theistic and atheistic leaning varieties, according to the Columbia Encyclopedia: "If the pantheist starts with the belief that the one great reality, eternal and infinite, is God, he sees everything finite and temporal as but some part of God. There is nothing separate or distinct from God, for God is the universe. If, on the other hand, the conception taken as the foundation of the system is that the great inclusive unity is the world itself, or the universe, God is swallowed up in that unity, which may be designated nature."

I think you've been watching too much Avatar... or Star Wars.

Both more credible than Christianity in my opinion.
