Re: B464 - Methane Collection BillNormally I'd suggest an amendment to prevent them going to vote, but it's difficult to define what one intends a joke to be. I thought we had a gentlemen's agreement that joke Bills don't go to vote.(Original post by paperclip)

Good question. These people will be required to carry the jar to the nearest waste disposal, before buying a new jar. -
