    Cardiff post-grad looking for accommodation!
    Hey,

I'm going to be a post-grad in Cardiff next year and am looking for either a room in a house-share, or some people to find a house with. I'd heard about Cardiff's post-grad housing event in August, but won't be able to attend, so was wondering if there's anyone out there either in the same situation as me, or who'd be interested in looking for a place to share?

    Thanks!

    Hey,
I replied to another thread that you posted in. I have a spare room going a couple of miles away (but very easy access) from the uni. I'm also going to be a postgrad in Cardiff
The place is 2 bedrooms, rent is pretty reasonable, fully furnished, bills not included but are also pretty minimal. TV already installed with freeview. Etc etc.
PM me if you're interested and I can give you a bit more info, if not then good luck with the rest of your search!

Hi. I know its late notice but I have a large double room to rent in a 5 bedroom house on Whitchurch Rd, just on the edge of Cathays. The tenants are all female 3rd year healthcare students. The room is downstairs at the front. There are 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and large kitchen. We are all very tidy and considerate.
Rent is £260/month plus £40/month for bills.
Let me know ASAP if your interested, or look me up on facebook.
    Thanks, Leighanna Chappell
