AQA A level maths rules about modules
    Hi,
If i do S1, M1 and M2 over 2 years, along with the basic c1-4 pure modules, how does my grade calculation work out?

Will the top 2 results from my applied modules be combined with c1-4 to give me an overall grade?

Rather then just the 2 applied modules i did first and not including the one i did last.

They couldn't submit M2 without submitting M1, so they'll maximise your grade by using whichever is higher out of S1 and M1 or M1 and M2.
