Best drugstore liquid eyeliner?
Which is the best liquid / liquid-pen eyeliner that you've used and would recommend?
I'm switching to liquid from using an eyeliner-pencil on my upper lid lashline ... so preferably looking for something easy to use to draw a thin line with!
I've heard good things about Revlon colourstay and L'oreal lineur intense - any opinions?
Thanks!!

Gel eyeliner is so much better
its easier to apply, is more pigmented and lasts far longer!
Bobbi Brown Gel eyeliner is the best I've ever tried (and I've went through them all) but I think it's about £18 so it's not cheap but it lasts for months so personally I think it's worth it. Otherwise the Maybelline gel one is pretty decent as well for a fraction of the price
the Maybelline one comes with its own built in brush for flawless and easily controlled application but I'd recommend buying the Bobbi Brown Ultra-thin eyeliner brush if your looking for a really thin line as the Maybelline brush has hard bristles and can catch on your eyelid whereas the Bobbi Brown one is softer.

Re: Best drugstore liquid eyeliner?I can normally get a thin line with my maybelline eye-liner matic it isn't liquid though. It stays and doesn't smudge and you get a really solid colour from it.(Original post by giraffegiraffe)

Re: Best drugstore liquid eyeliner?
L'oreal Super Liner in Perfect Slim, it's ultra thin so you can easily control how large you want your line to be. It's got great pigmentation plus I've been using mines for over a month now and there's no signs of it drying up. Great staying power, it lasts a full day on me without needing touch ups and it doesn't smudge. Honestly I would highly recommend it!

Re: Best drugstore liquid eyeliner?
I tried and failed with true liquid eyeliner, but then borrowed a friend's Collection 2000 EXTREME 24h felt tip. It's really cheap, so a nice one if you've not used a felt tip before as if you hate it you've only lost £3 or so, but I actually find it great. Even I (with no manual dexterity whatsoever!) can draw a perfect line, and it stays for ages.

Re: Best drugstore liquid eyeliner?
Thanks everyone! I went for the Rimmel exaggerate one in the end (was on offer in Boots) and tried it out today, even though it was just my first time with liquid eyeliner I was really surprised at how amazingly precise the wand is, managed to get a straight-ish line (just need a LOT of practice!) and the eyeliner feels easy to use and nice and dark too.
Thanks for all the suggestions!

Re: Best drugstore liquid eyeliner?I use L'oreal Super Liner and find it's very good. It's got a sort of sponge tip that dips into the liquid. I usually like felt liners but they ALWAYS dry out after like a week- not good! I'm recommending Super Liner to you(Original post by giraffegiraffe)
