But just giving someone all of your knowledge doesn't make them you. I could know everything Terry Crews knows, but I will not be a hench black man.

If this supposed omnipotent god actually existed, then yes, he could create another god. However, he's a jealous god, he gets jealous whenever somebody worships another god that doesn't really exist (makes him childish as well as jealous), so imagine how he'd react if somebody worships the other god which he created, the god which actually does exist.

I suppose in theory he could, but I don't actually think he would.

In the same way a woman wouldn't want her husband to get another wife; jealousy.

    If God created another God, he would be God. Because Infinity + Infinity = Infinity;

Unfathomable + Unfathomable = Unfathomable. Both would be analogous due to their salient enormity. Human logic and rhetoric is defied by the tenets of how 'God' functions and his facets. Attempting to vindicate or justify his/her/its non-/existence is similar to trying to state that there's something you know that you don't know.

Well he'd kinda be giving mankind a reason to break the very first commandment really, if he created another God.

How so? This is a valid question.

What about the question raised in the title? Did you ignore that on purpose?

God didn't make the commandments for him to follow, he made them for us to follow....
...but if he went and created another God, he'd be giving us no choice but to break the first commandment.
Ergo, he just wouldn't do it.

Well he'd kinda be giving mankind a reason to break the very first commandment really, if he created another God.
He also gave most of mankind a reason to believe in another god(s) or not believe in a god at all by not providing compelling evidence of his own existence.

    Define God.
    Define omnipotence.
    Answer will be self-evident.

The above definitions will be subjective, but you can form your own and it'll give you an answer. Now perhaps let's move onto something more substantial?

If God were asexual, which I'm assuming he is, he could go through mitosis, so yes he can create another God via budding.

Can God give someone all his knowledge and thus created another God?
This argument is one of the oldest specious arguments offered by the atheists, and the scholars have a well known answer to it, which may be summed up in two points:
1 – This matter is impossible, because if the other one was a god, it would not be possible to create him. To assume that he can be a god and be created is impossible.

2 – The idea of another god existing alongside Allaah is inherently impossible. There is a great deal of evidence to suggest that it is impossible, the least of which is the existence of this organized universe. If there were another god, the system of the universe would be spoiled because they would compete with one another and each of them would want to prevail over the other,
