WTF when it comes down to health, money bargains don't do it. Get a mountain bike, go hiking or the easiest way go on a walking expedition this summer to either Bostwana,Kenya or northern Africa where u wold burn an average of 1000 calories a week that's 10 pound of fat a month 5x faster then a gym

Rowing machine: low impact, very good cardiovascular workout and works all major muscle groups. The resistance and stroke rate can be altered for different workouts; a low stroke rate is best for burning fat but if you're training for rowing on real water then a resistance of between 5 and 8 is what serious rowers use. Don't buy an exercise bike when you can cycle outside and get a better view!

    I hope this helped : )

I bought both a cheap second hand bike and rowing machine for less than 200 (no fancy led screens etc) and rotate between them for cardio

Run outside and get the indoor bike/rowing machine. Then you can go outdoors and run when there is good weather and you can do good cardio indoors whenever you want.
It is likely to be true that the rowing machine is possibly one of the best for a total body workout.

Bike. It tires you less because the seat is supporting you so you can run for longer and will probably lose more weight.

If you're interested in the HIIT style of losing weight, get a speed bike for your living room, take up walking in the countryside and get a mountain bike.

Dont forget to eat and rest to recover from these, you cant just not eat and exercise, even if you are a fat ass.
