The Czech Republic

Section 1: The total budget of the EU in the financial year 2013/4

1.1. The total spending commitments of the EU in the financial year 2013/4 shall be €147.2 billion
1.2 The rise in commitments is in accordance with the guidance document of the EU, and does not exceed 5%

Section 2: The specific spending commitments of the EU budget in the financial year 2013/4

2 In accordance with the definitions used by the European union here, the following changes will be made:

2.1. The total spending commitments on ‘administration’ shall fall by €0.8 billion
2.2 The total spending commitments on ‘preservation and management of natural reasources’ shall fall by €6.8 billion
2.2.1 (Note: The EU is committed to increasing food aid programs by 0.5 billion)
2.3 The total spending commitments on ‘citizenship, freedom, security and justice’ shall fall by €0.1 billion
2.4 The total spending commitments on ‘EU as a global player’ shall rise by €0.2 billion
2.5 The total spending commitments on ‘cohesion for growth and employment’ shall rise by €4.2 billion
2.6 The total spending commitments on ‘competitiveness for growth and employment’ shall rise by €3.3 billion

Section 3: Commencement, Short Title and Extent

3.1 This Budget may be cited as the EU budget 2013/4
3.2. This Treaty shall extend to the European Union; and
3.3. Shall come into force on the 1st April 2013 following ratification by the national Parliament of each member state.
